We took our double gold medal winning Brainless® Belgian, added organic peach puree and aged it in French Chardonnay casks. Drink from a Pinot glass, serve on the warm side of cold, it develops nicely as it warms displaying more fruit and wine.

Quite possibly the best gateway beer into sours. Slightly sour, mostly dry, and 100% Belgian. The Chardonnay flavor hits you upfront, with the peaches finishing it off right.
I paired this beer with some almonds, that was a really good idea. The sweetness from the malts and the fruit join forces with the hoppy presence and dry body. Making this a well rounded beer.
Picking up flavors from the Chardonnay barrels, this beer leaves a long lasting impression. Very good.
